The North Devon Branch is one of the eleven branches of the Devon Beekeepers Association (DBKA) which has over 650 members.
DBKA is one of the largest county associations and claims to be the oldest in the world. It was created in 1797 as the Western Apiary Society.

- Social outings including skittle nights, visits to other apiaries and other beekeeping events
- Managing stands and exhibitions at County and local shows, and entering beekeeping competitions.
